Brazil’s Bovespa stock index rose the most in three weeks as commodity prices climbed and transportation companies rallied on prospects for infrastructure spending.

Cia. de Concessoes Rodoviarias surged after JPMorgan Chase & Co. said toll-road operators offer “attractive growth” from infrastructure investment. Vale SA, the world’s biggest iron-ore producer, climbed as metals prices increased. Petroleo Brasileiro SA, Brazil’s state-controlled oil producer that has dropped 29 percent this year, surged the most in two weeks as oil rebounded from a four-week low.
