Axel Springer to Buy Seloger for 634 Million Euros

Axel Springer AG, giving in to demands by investors for a higher price, boosted its bid for Seloger.com by 12 percent, agreeing to buy the French property-listing website for 634 million euros ($847 million).
Ending months of wrangling over the price, the two sides agreed to a “friendly revised offer” of 38.05 euros a share, Axel Springer, based in Berlin, said in a statement.
