Blagojevich Jury Told Not to Reveal Vote Tallies

The judge in Rod Blagojevich’s corruption trial told jurors, now in their 14th day of deliberations, that they shouldn’t indicate the vote breakdown for any counts they can’t agree upon.
U.S. District Judge James Zagel in Chicago today said the jurors should indicate those charges on which they had reached a verdict and, separately, list those on which they had not. To render a verdict on any count, their finding must be unanimous.
