U.S. Warns Terrorists May Enter Country From Mexico

Mexico’s drug-related violence is straining local law enforcement in the northern part of the country, making it easier for terrorists to enter the U.S. through the border, the U.S. State Department said.

Mexican drug cartels are stepping up attacks on police and the army in the northern swath of the country, as well as marijuana-growing regions, the State Department said today in a report on its website.
