Biden Says Finance Law Removes Uncertainty for Market

Congress’s approval of new regulations on Wall Street has helped settle “uncertainty” among business leaders that has been a drag on the U.S. economy, Vice President Joe Biden said.
“The very uncertainty they had has now been settled by the passage of the reforms,” Biden said in an interview broadcast today on ABC’s “This Week” program.
