Kiev Wants to Restructure Eurobonds, Person Familiar Says

The City of Kiev wants to restructure the principal on 2011 and 2012 Eurobonds, a person in the Kiev city administration who is familiar with the plan said today in the capital city.
The restructuring plan would get final approval by mid-September, the person said.
