How do you politely ask for a raise?
Be direct and strong, but not so assertive that you put your boss off. It shouldn’t be a demand, and it shouldn’t be personal. Present evidence that you’re worth more to the company. If you’re boss doesn’t do anything, you should think about looking elsewhere.
