To understand why Theresa May's Brexit deal has foundered and she is under such pressure to resign, you could do worse than visit Britain’s West Midlands. As Nigel Farage's populist road-show swept through Wolverhampton last week, it was easy to see his upstart Brexit Party is building a future for itself beyond this week's European election.
