A Q&A with former GOP Representative Bob Inglis about Trump, Russia and impeachment.

Bob Inglis is a former Republican representative from South Carolina. He compiled a conservative record in the House, where he was a member of the Judiciary Committee and voted in 1998 to impeach President Bill Clinton.
But Inglis deviated from conservative orthodoxy in a couple instances, including his acknowledgment of the connection between carbon emissions and climate change. He was defeated in a 2010 GOP primary by Trey Gowdy, who ran as a conservative purist.
