Sept. 25 (Bloomberg) -- The Federal Reserve has announced athird round of quantitative easing, a set of asset purchasesdesigned to increase the money supply. It said it would keepeasing until job growth accelerates, and continue a “highlyaccommodative” monetary policy “for a considerable time afterthe economic recovery strengthens.”
