Donald Trump’s longtime personal driver agreed to drop a lawsuit claiming the billionaire real estate developer didn’t pay him overtime as required by law and have the dispute resolved in arbitration.
Noel Cintron, who drove the businessman for more than 25 years before Trump became president, sued the Trump Organization in July for about 3,300 hours of overtime that he said he worked in the past six years. He couldn’t sue for overtime prior to that due to the statute of limitations. He had been seeking about $200,000 in damages.
