President Emmanuel Macron’s most encouraging move for startups so far wasn’t about government loans or tax breaks -- it was convincing the French to start celebrating success.

In Macron’s first year in office, he’s altered the French mindset around entrepreneurship to create a culture that encourages startups. That’s according to executives speaking from Bloomberg’s Sooner Than You Think technology conference at the Station F startup accelerator in Paris on Tuesday.
