Representative Maxine Waters, expressing concern that a U.S. inquiry into Deutsche Bank AG’s $10 billion mirror trading scheme has "gone dormant," asked the Justice Department for an update.
In a letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, Waters noted that Jeff Sessions, the Attorney General, hasn’t recused himself from involvement in the probe, even though he took that step with the FBI investigation of Russian meddling in last year’s election.
