I don’t know handbags. But Andrea Felsted does. I wasn’t quite aware, for example, that you can’t just walk into a store and buy one of Hermes’s Birkins, Kellys or Constances. I once wandered into the luxury house’s flagship UK store in London’s high-toned Bond Street and saw people queueing up for something. Now I realize they were probably waiting to put their names on a list for the next available Birkin! Or Kelly or Constance.
