Armani Has Gifted Arnault a Luxury Prize

In the next big takeover battle in luxury, Bernard Arnault has been gifted the edge over other potential bidders.

Giorgio Armani’s will sets out conditions for the Armani foundation to sell an initial 15% of the fashion house to LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE, EssilorLuxottica SA, L’Oreal SA or another company of similar standing within 18 months, Bloomberg News reported on Friday.
