The vice president’s newly unveiled economic agenda isn’t much different than the president’s, but the public doesn’t blame her as much for inflation.

After weeks of anticipation, America finally has the outlines of the Kamala Harris economic policy agenda, and it is … basically the Joe Biden policy agenda. Womp-womp.

To be fair, her speech last week wasn’t so much disappointing as unsurprising. The president’s agenda wasn’t all that bad, it just needed a better messenger — and that’s what the vice president is. And hard as it may be for a policy wonk like me to admit, laying out the details is less important than telling voters what they want to hear.
