The Barney & Friends theme song — “I love you, you love me, we’re a happy family” — was an iconic anthem for a generation. But then things got, um, weird. Silicon Valley grew up to a similar tune, with corporate gatherings cosplaying as family reunions and workers spending more time with their colleagues than their actual blood relatives.
