China and India Relations Shouldn't Be Allowed to Sink Any Lower

It’s going to be another long winter for the soldiers deployed along China and India’s disputed Himalayan border.
Thirteen rounds of high-level military talks aimed at easing tensions between the two neighbors have achieved very little, and neither side is now bothering to hide their frostiness. The standoff — which at times has exploded into deadly clashes along the 2,167-mile un-demarcated border — is now in its 17th month.
