Senator Elizabeth Warren’s plan for “Economic Patriotism” may be her most dramatic and consequential yet. Directly challenging President Donald Trump on the issue of trade, the proposal outlines ways to revive U.S. manufacturing, and it will undoubtedly be politically popular.
