L'Oreal SA is exploring a sale of The Body Shop for 1 billion euros ($1.1 billion), according to the Financial Times. But it might be difficult for the business, founded in 1976, to find many modern saviors. It has potential for millennial appeal, but would need serious reconstructive surgery to work.
