2016 Was Actually Quite Predictable

For the second year in a row, I’m doing a self-check. Before I post my annual predictions for next year, I thought I should honor my loyal readers by going back and doing what critics say pundits never do: seeing how well I did on my predictions for 2016, published in this space on Dec. 30 of last year. Once again, some came true, but not necessarily the happy ones.
