March 7 (Bloomberg) -- From a legal standpoint, there’snothing remarkable about Chris Kluwe and Brendon Ayanbadejo’slegal filing with the Supreme Court. Hundreds of people andorganizations, from former Republican presidential candidate JonM. Huntsman Jr. to the U.S. Justice Department, have also urgedthe justices to strike down California’s ban on same-sexmarriage.
In the context of the National Football League, though,Kluwe and Ayanbadejo’s amicus brief is nothing less than ahistoric document.
