That’s the position of Ellen Pao, a junior partner at theventure capital firm who filed a lawsuit in San FranciscoSuperior Court contending “discriminatory treatment of Plaintiffand other female employees, specifically in advancement andcompensation because of their gender.” Pao is also saying shewas sexually harassed and that after she complained to higher-ups she suffered retaliation.
