President Barack Obama is signaling he wants to get out ofAfghanistan so badly that he’s even taking a few politicalgambles to accelerate a pullout. There’s also a more generalsense that putting soldiers in other countries has proved a badinvestment for everyone involved, rendering those nationssadder, rougher and poorer.
