Aug. 18 (Bloomberg) -- It’s hard to figure out whatIsraelis are so upset about. Israel’s economy is performingbetter than those in most of Europe and much better than that ofAmerica.

Growth in the second quarter of 2011 was 3.3 percent on anannualized basis, July inflation was less than 3.5 percentcompared with a year earlier, and the unemployment rate was 6percent in the first quarter. Americans can only wish they hadsuch problems.
