Massive Protest Paralyzes Hong Kong: In Pictures

Around two million protesters, according to organizers, filled the streets of Hong Kong to demand the withdrawal of a bill that would allow extraditions to China. Demonstrators also called for the resignation of the city’s Chief Executive, Carrie Lam.

Dressed largely in black, the demonstrators turned out en masse, even after Lam suspended the bill.
