Tails were wagging and paws were dancing as these canines put their unique personalities on display during the 142nd annual Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show. Since 2016, a total of 10 new breeds have been added to the pool of participants seeking the ultimate prize, the coveted Best in Show title.
After a bit of pampering backstage, the newest entrants will take the field competing against long-running breeds within the seven groups of the American Kennel Club. These newly recognized participants include five herding dogs, two hounds, one working dog, one sporting dog, and one terrier.
