As the gains and losses of 2025 are being tallied, one figure caught my eye. India’s property sector received a record $8.5 billion in institutional investments last year, according to data from Colliers India. The approximately 30% year-on-year surge is backed by a doubling of domestic flows and a rise in office property deals, confirming the reasons I recently listed for why India’s real estate boom shows few signs of flagging.
