Donald Trump ordered a pause on all military aid to Ukraine after publicly clashing with Volodymyr Zelenskiy. The halt will remain until the US president determines a good-faith commitment to peace has been made, a defense official said. Separately, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer said that Trump’s proposed critical minerals deal with Ukraine isn’t enough of a security guarantee in any peace plan to ensure Russia doesn’t strike again.
