From 2015 to the start of the pandemic, Google provided a feast of juicy material for HR executives and behavioral scientists on a website called re:Work. There, the tech giant offered how-to guides for leading teams, checklists for removing bias from the hiring process, blog posts analyzing a range of performance metrics, and the data and research underlying all of it.
