We’re not typically ones to celebrate fake marketing holidays—Aug. 1 is also National Girlfriends Day, National Spider-Man Day, National Homemade Pie Day and the start to National Golf Month. But after spending an unhealthy amount of time on TikTok where videos of flights of giant Aperol spritzes garner over 4.7 million views, I wanted to learn the best ways to recreate that glass of dolce vita at home.
