Design firm OMA brings a touch of Rotterdam to Brooklyn’s waterfront with Eagle + West.

The twin towers look like a jumble of textured blocks that pivot away from each other, with one building an almost inverted mirror image of the other.

The project is the culmination of a years-long push to redevelop the waterfront and restore a broken link between Brooklyn residents and New York’s East River.
