Elon Musk met Li Qiang yesterday in an unannounced trip to China, a week after delaying a visit to India due to pressing issues at Tesla. The billionaire was expected to discuss the rollout of Full Self-Driving and earlier told the premier that he’s willing to deepen cooperation.
