US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen will wrap up a four-day visit to China today, after a series of meetings with senior Chinese leaders including Vice Premier He Lifeng, Premier Li Qiang and central bank Governor Pan Gongsheng. While the meetings are aimed at enhancing personal ties she’s painstakingly built with senior Chinese leaders — among whom she appears to have won respect — Yellen appears to have been willing to test those relationships, chastising policymakers on a number of levels.
