The Ukrainian-Polish border became an unlikely flashpoint in the war with Russia last year — over grain imports. Now a new standoff with Polish farmers is brewing. Only weeks after the new Polish prime minister, Donald Tusk, managed to defuse a months-long blockade by truck drivers, farmers are returning to the fray, protesting what they call an illegal flow of Ukrainian food products.
