STOCKHOLM — The month of June is arguably the best time to visit the Swedish capital. The cold winter nights long forgotten, Swedes fully embrace summer in the city as passenger boats ply back and forth to the archipelago and restaurants spill onto pavements with makeshift wooden terraces.
