Born and raised in Lima, Eduardo Gallardo came to the US for college and law school. He cut his teeth on bank M&A deals at Skadden before jumping in 2005 to Gibson Dunn, where he watched the rise of activist investors. Last year, he joined Paul Hastings as the global co-chair of M&A. When he isn’t advising clients, he likes to put down his phone to paint WWII model planes. He traveled with his high schooler across Iceland and even learned to ski a few years ago.
