Last week, Glynn Washington, the host and co-founder of Snap Judgment, announced a big change for his spin-off program, Spooked. Moving forward, he said, he’ll be working with two new partners — KQED, the San Francisco-based media company, and PRX, a non-profit organization specializing in audio — to produce, distribute and monetize the weekly show.
