Today’s topic: Meetings. You probably spend your days rushing from one to the next, in person or over Zoom, often wondering why you’re even in some of them. But you click “yes” to just about all of them, because, well, someone thought you should be there, and you wouldn’t want to upset them, or have colleagues think you’re shirking. Just look at the guys in the old-school photo below: I’m sure a few of them were thinking, “Wait, why am I here again?”
