Yellen Takes Friend-Shoring Pitch to Asia to Address Supply Snarls

As she hammers away at a plan to limit Russia’s oil revenue, US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen also found time during a three-stop East Asian tour to promote the Biden administration’s approach to reshaping global supply chains.
