Russia Warns on Convoys as Western Ukraine Targeted

Russia again shelled areas in western Ukraine close to the Polish border, as Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov repeated a warning that Moscow could target convoys of arms coming into Ukraine from the U.S. and its allies.
Ihor Zhovkva, deputy chief of staff to Ukraine’s president, told Bloomberg Television that talks between Russia and Ukraine are progressing slowly and that “serious” diplomatic negotiations would involve a cease-fire and withdrawal of Russian troops.
