Despite these emergencies, Biden sounded upbeat, promising to deliver on an economy marked by enormous job growth yet persistent inflation.
Surprising no one, the president focused on his biggest win in office so far: the bipartisan $1 trillion infrastructure bill passed in November. Biden detailed some of the features that Americans can expect to see soon, including:
