After Supply Chains, ‘Demand Chains’ Might Be the Next Big Thing

Almost no businesses avoided supply-chain disruptions over the past year, leaving more than a third worried about the long-term effects of the pandemic on their operations.

Those are among the takeaways in a new poll of 250 decision-makers in the U.K. by Blue Yonder, a leading provider of digital supply-chain solutions. Almost three-fifths of respondents struggled with customer delays, 44% dealt with stalled production and 40% battled staff shortages.
