Elon Musk was back in Germany this past weekend, hosting hordes of fans at Tesla’s still-unfinished factory near Berlin. The U.S. carmaker welcomed thousands of people at the plant for an Oktoberfest-style county fair Saturday, featuring Model Y joyrides, a ferris wheel and DJs blasting electronic dance music.
