Middle East Newsletter: UAE Opens Up to All Vaccinated Tourists

From August 30, citizens of all countries who register their vaccination status on the government’s health app and undergo rapid testing at the airport will be welcome to the Middle East’s trade and tourism hub.
It comes as Dubai prepares to host the six-month Expo trade fair starting October. The international event is being organized amid concerns that the fast-spreading delta variant may lead to “breakthrough” infections among the fully vaccinated.
