Elon Musk testified in a Delaware courtroom Monday and Tuesday in a shareholder lawsuit that sprang from a deal made five years ago: Tesla’s controversial 2016 takeover of rooftop solar panel company, SolarCity. Musk was the chairman and largest shareholder of both companies at the time.
