The corner of Second Street and Second Avenue is a primo spot for apartment living in Minneapolis. The site sits in the desirable North Loop neighborhood, adjacent to downtown but a stone’s throw from the Mississippi River. That intersection also falls within two of the city’s historic districts: the St. Anthony Falls Historic District and the 19th-century part of the Minneapolis Warehouse Historic District.
