Uganda Postpones Annual Religious Holiday on Ebola Outbreak

Uganda postponed an annual religious holiday usually held on June 3 following an outbreak of the Ebola virus in neighboring Democratic Republic of Congo.

Uganda has confirmed two infections and one death from the outbreak caused by the Bundibugyo strain of Ebola virus. About 350 suspected cases and 91 deaths have been reported in northeastern Congo.
