Spain’s ACS Offers €2.2 Billion Stake to Fund Data Center Plans

ACS Actividades de Construcción y Servicios SA is looking to sell about 6% of its shares to fund data centers and other AI-related infrastructure.

The company is offering 16.6 million shares through an overnight placing with investors, it said in a regulatory filing on Monday. The offering comprises 5.4 million newly issued shares, plus existing shares stemming from the termination of derivative transactions.
