Ramaco CEO Faults China Steel Dumping for Met-Coal Miners’ Woe

“The met coal business has been challenged for about a year and a half by China,” CEO Randall Atkins said Monday in a Bloomberg Television interview. That pressure helped drive a quarterly loss and a sales miss for Lexington, Kentucky-based Ramaco, he said.
